Design

I got my first job as a graphic designer in 2003, and I’m fortunate I learned from masters and shakers in the field. I’ve worked with incredibly talented strategists, content writers, creative directors, architects, 3D designers, media producers, illustrators, and people I’ve learned a lot from along the antidisciplinary path I’ve been finding. I learned design thinking before companies started creating software that attempts to replicate the human process artificially, and I will always approach it with real, creative insight.

I completed my BA in Graphic Design at Dar Al Hekma University in Jeddah in 2006 and graduated from the MFA Design / Designer as Entrepreneur program at the School of Visual Arts at Radio City Music Hall in New York in 2009.

I taught History of Graphic Design and Corporate Identity Design as a lecturer at Dar Al Hekma University and Publication Design, Advertising Design, and Exhibition Design as an Adjunct Professor at Queens College, City University of New York.
